Once upon a time, in a decade that will not be named, a couple of twenty-something girls decided they should go to all the fancy restaurants in Dallas and so Monthly GNO Dinner was born. We've said more than a few times that we should document our dinners and while we did have a journal for a hot minute,  one of us would forget to bring it or we'd have too much wine and forget to write in it.  As we celebrate close to 25 years of dinners, we decided to share our adventures on this blog.  Mainly because we are starting to forget our stories and whether or not we have been to a restaurant before.  We will look back on some memorable moments and share some funny stories.  We'll share info on the good and not so good restaurants.  We'd share some of the best wines with you too, but in all of our years of dinners, we still have not met a red that we did not like.  Our favorite is when we tell our families, 'Hey, tonight is monthly dinner' and they always respond with,  "Again?  Didn't you just have monthly dinner?"
